EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!!!! From the moment I contacted Jeanette, I experienced nothing short of excellent service. I chose the same-day pick up and delivery option and she exceeded my expectations by far! As a family of 5, I had lots to catch up on and knew I needed some additional help. Jeanette kept everything organized when she returned all of my laundry, folded everything perfectly, and even kept me informed from beginning to end. There was not a single piece of clothing missing or damaged. With her service, I was truly able to relax and take back the time I would have spent doing laundry- with my family instead. Literally all that was left for me to do was put the laundry away! It couldn’t have been any easier! I would also like to note that her prices are affordable and reasonable as well! Her services helped me dedicate time to sit back and relax for once and cherish that quality time with my loved once which I appreciated most of all. Her professionalism, cleanliness, organization, and efficiency are all unmatched! I was highly impressed with how quickly she finished everything and shocked at how quickly it was returned! Have to say how pleased I was with Jeanette and her laundry services! With two young kids in sports and constant plans and commitments on the weekends, we had a pile of laundry adding up that we could never seem to get through. My husband and I decided to try this service, just to get out from under it and reset and we’re so happy we did- such a huge weight was lifted! I spoke to Jeanette on a Thursday evening, scheduled a free pickup for Friday, and had everything back- washed , folded, and organized by Saturday. It would have taken us an entire weekend to do that. It smelled fresh and was so nicely folded- I would definitely recommend! Even better than the laundry is how well Jeanette communicated. She kept us in the loop on everything and showed up/delivered when she said she would . Will definitely be using her services again!!!
