I had given ५ star long back. Now the position is that builder hasn't handed over to the society. Terrace amenities are in shambles, plants have been killed by the Shivam builder without watering the same. The photos of the amenties will be shared soon on public sites to show to the public what type of work has been carried out by Shivam and godrej properties. I bring down to one star.

Please never in your life shift here. I have lived across India in many cities but never in such a noisy & pathetic place. There are loud speakers with banging noise everytime, even the windows of the flat vibrate due to sound.
Even if it is 7am at morning or 1am at night, loudspeakers of SRA never stops. Spare your life & go somewhere else. My friend is suffering here & is shifting soon.

My relatives had bought a flat here.Its been almost a year now.Its the most noisy place ever we had lived than anywhere in Mumbai in our entire life.The builder should have atleast put some sound proof windows as there are slums and SRA building very close to the property.Also there is constant noise of loudspeaker, constant road digging work noise .Over all it just gives a feeling that one had paid loads of money to stay in a slum.The authorities seems to be least interested to help the residents.Hope Karma plays with the guys who cheated my relatives.

Kindly dont buy road to reach is dufficult full of traffic in and out political parties are not working towards devolopment of roads,accsessibility is zero will take you minimum 45 mins to reach highway and 1 hr to reach the station,opt somewhere eles.this is coming from a lokhandwala resident dont take it lightly.still in doubt should once come and check it yourslef.

Sick society. Don't buy or even rent there, we as bachelors had stayed there for more than an year. While we were there, we were with our pet. There is a separate ANIMAL HATERS whatsapp group, who keeps bullying about the dogs and makes derogatory comments. There is a retired or whatever advocate who wants to change the COUNTRY from that SICK society itself.
Whatever the maintenance money you pour in there, the management devours it, whenever there were any electricity issues we never got any resolution, we had to pay it out of our own pockets. I am just surprised how that building got NOC with big EARTHING issues.
The society is just beside SRA where constant LOUD speakers and a ballad of moving crowd resides, not a peaceful place to stay.
There is a TERRACE GARDEN where the timings are from 6AM to 9PM, so later when you are done with your work you can't even go upstairs to take breather, the guards and the management expects you to visit when the heat is scorching, for everything you do there, there are guards who are just appointed to tell "Sir ye allowed nahi hain sir".
Its more like a hostel than a society, its doesn't even qualify to be called as a society, it is just another mid class apartment, the builders have constructed it soo poorly, that with the constant speakers from SRA it would crumble the whole building down one day, SHIVAM builders ate up the money I guess.
When the building got constructed, within an year there were wall cracks.
Don't go there with the name of GODREJ, its not GODREJ quality.
Can I give 0 STARS for this property? I wish.

If you are looking forward to buy a place here, please do not waste your money. One of the worst properties ever, and this is coming from a resident. The back side of the building is occupied by SRA buildings whom 2 or 3 times a week party like there is no tomorrow. They play music and songs on their big speakers with full volume and have no regard of time they usually stop around 1 or 2 in the night.
