This was a very pleasant experience. I was texted with the forms to fill out at my convenience. The front desk person was very cordial. My appointment was for 10:00, and I was met at 9:59 for my procedure. The technician was excellent; she made sure I was comfortable at all times. It was much better than I expected!

The experience overall was very good. The front desk process was smooth and efficient and I was taken back within 15 mins of my appointment time. The tech was pleasant and professional.

I didn't owe anything at the time, which was surprising, so I'll have to wait to see if I have to deal with their billing department. A poor experience there could change my entire outlook of the organization

I was scheduled today for a procedure and called TI of Flower Mound yesterday to confirm that they would be open since we were under a blizzard warning. The lady said yes as of now they would be open and my procedure is scheduled for 0800 and I should arrive at 0745. The lady said that if something changes I would be called.
Today I arrived at TI at 0740 and everything was closed. I called the main number and they said out of an abundance of caution all locations were closed due to the blizzard. The lady then said I should be receiving a call later advising to reschedule. I said that doesn’t do me any good since I was told yesterday that you would be open and I am sitting in front of the facility. She apologized and I left. At 0930 I received a text telling me they were closed and I should reschedule. Pretty bad planning and coordination on Touchstone imagery’s part.

I had an MRI with an arthrogram on my shoulder. I hate needles and was so nervous about the arthrogram part, but the staff was so comforting and most of all knowledgeable. They were great and it was not worth fearing. They offered headphones & asked what I would like to listen to during the MRI. That made it peaceful. I would definitely recommend this office.

The team here is fantastic. Very understanding and caring. They really help with calming one down for the mri tube. I would not want to go anywhere else.

That is a scam place. Don't go there and don't believe what they are telling you. I asked the counter girls about the price of an abdominal ultrasound, and she said it would be $95 after providing them with all the data they requested. I accepted that because I could afford that. A month later, I received a bill for another $500 because they wanted to charge more. Those guys are scammers. Don't ever get their services.

The front desk personnel did not acknowledge me at my arrival. I stood at window for a few minutes before one of them she’d be right with me.
I took a seat and then she called me to ask if I had an appointment. Immediately asked for DL and insurance before even looking up account details.
Printed out forms for me to sign, collected my payment and said someone would call me shortly.

Front desk personnel were very unprofessional, unwelcoming, and indifferent. Definitely not the kind of employee one would like to see at a medical imaging facility.

This place is like a scam. I paid $552 upfront (because I hadn't reached my deductible) when I had my ultrasound and provided them my insurance information. Then, I received an e-bill from them and emailed the receptionist, Laura Yang, to take care of it because I already paid. However, I heard nothing back and received their paper bill, which charged me another $452. Fortunately, I checked my insurance claim record and realized that they just want to conduct fraud because they pretend not knowing how to correctly read insurance coverage and medical billing and believe their patient is an idiot because I am a young Asian lady. They billed $1250 to my insurance and then insurance paid them $246.98 after applied $452.73 discount and left insurance balance as $550.29 which is even less than what I paid upfront. Then, the billing office only removed what I paid upfront and insurance coverage and tried to charge me with the insurance discount amount. How ridiculous and greedy. So shall I ask them to give my overpaid (about 2 bucks) back with interest ?
