First time visit for a mammogram. Excellent experience all the way around and would highly recommend this location for your imaging needs. Silveria at the front desk greeted me with a smile and provided great customer service. She was patient and kind while helping me with instructions on how to email her my insurance card since it didn't make it in my purse swap last week. Tara (red, straight hair - I hope I remembered her name correctly) also provided great customer service. She was patient, kind, and down to earth. She helped me overcome my fear and worry. Before I knew it, the screening was complete. I imagine that role can be challenging, but she did it with ease, with a smile and a positive attitude. Thank you so much for a warming experience that permitting me to leave with a smile!

I was called back for my appointment quickly after arriving and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location and will return for future needs! From phone scheduling, front desk, and the testing tech doing the exam, everyone was awesome and had great attitudes! Place was busy and had a full waiting room, but everywhere was clean and efficient!

I have had many scans and imaging done at Touchstone Rosedale, as well as other locations. and today’s experience was by far the best! I was able to do an e-check in which expedited the process. On site check in was fast and the waiting time was nearly non-existent. All staff was kind and communicated clear instructions. 10/10!

Super fast and super nice people. I got there 15 minutes before my scheduled time and they got me in and out a bit early. The staff members were all very nice. Painless experience all around in every way! Also, fill out your paperwork online if they send you a link. I think that’s what made it so quick.

I don’t remember the nurse who was with me, but I want to say she was a great professional. She treated me so well, and throughout the procedure, I felt good because she was very attentive to me. I loved the service I received, from the person who scheduled my appointment to the last person I interacted with. I’m super happy with the service.

This location is way better than Grand Prarie. The technician, staffs and employees did everything thoroughly and carefully with attention to detail. The GP location was no way close to this location. 5 stars!
