Here with my dad for the 4th time in the last 12 months. Nurses are nice but they are very short staffed. They can't answer nurse calls for quite a while because they have to many patients. He had no paper towels or toilet paper. I asked the nurse who was supposed to contact housekeeping. Next day, still no paper towels and my dad had to call nurse for toilet paper which they couldn't find a roll anywhere. So she had to bring him a handful that she got off of a roll someplace. Absolutely ridiculous that the floor is not stocked with toilet paper.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! DRIVE TO INTERMOUNTAIN OR U OF U. After being triaged we didnt see another "Healthcare professional for 2 hours". The nursing staff on first shift absolutely was horrendous. They were rude and did not care what was going on. One nurse indicated I'll just mark you as refusing to sign the AMA paperwork. We stated refusing what we didnt recieve any care or advice. Then the nurse stormed out. Within 5 minutes we had people come in and start to remove leads and IV. After the removal the staff stayed in the room and started cleaning while we gathered our stuff. I had to request the staff to leave the room then they just barged in when my wife was changing back into her clothes with out knocking. Absolutely terrible care.

I am very disappointed as to how they treat individuals with mental health needs.

Okay. To be fair. There are a lot of amazingly wonderful people employed there. They work their tails off to deliver good care and mean well.
The other half are quite the opposite. Such as life.
The services, however, are lacking, and I suspect due to a lack of organizational support and / or disorganized management.
Similar to many businesses, I have been employed.

Unless you are minutes away from dying, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The nurses and techs were pleasant (never once saw or talked to a doctor) however I came in with extreme chest/abdomenal pain and it took over an hour for anyone to get me on a monitor and 2 hours to get me any IV/meds. 6 hours there for them to tell me they don’t know what’s going on and referred me out.

Billing has been a joke!! Was sent an email my bill was available. Attempted to pay online it didn’t go through. Tried a few times on different days. I called customer service billing and they couldn’t put payment through either was advised to give it a few days and call back. They were also experiencing system issues. Still couldn’t make the payment. Decided to pay through my employer care medical card and just submit the claim through them. They show payment posted in November and common spirits is showing full payment still needed. I’ve attempted to call customer Service 888-347-3295 and
the line is disconnected!! Get it together Common Spirits!! Also tried the 801-562-3181 that was provided in previous replies.. left a voice mail.

Terrible hospital, I went into the lobby with a referral from another doctor to see a surgeon and was given nothing but attitude by the receptionist in the lobby!! I told her I that I've already got a broken, leg I don't need an attitude and she legitimately told me to leave. I just went to the ER next door because I knew that I wouldn't be turned away!! Terrible terrible, this lady should be fired

This place is Ok. I walked in because my husband got transfered here. I went to ER side and said that my husband is here. It took 10 minutes for me get back to my husband was at. The nurses were nice and everything but the ER doctor rude. My husband was trying to talk to him and cuts him off. Like what kind doctor does that.
