I am an NRI based in Qatar and have parents living in Kalapataru Estate, right next to the salon branch at Majas Depot. Against my parents advise I decided to head to Enrich for a haircut and eyebrows, thinking it could be my goto place for salon services when in India. As soon as I entered, the frosty reception staff informed me that a hair stylist was not available since I had not made an appointment, which is fair enough.so I decided to just get my eyebrows done, thinking I would come back later for the rest of the services. The lady doing my eyebrows was crude, blunt and not a hint of politeness or a smile on her face. Is this the face of customer service in the beauty industry in india? Anyhow ,enrich Majas Depot is definitely struck of my list. Go there if you really want to ruin a good day.
