The Staff thinks how to get money from the patient.
I visited on 13 Feb 2025. Taken consultation fee 350rs for CGHS. doctor suggested to scan I went to radiology and asked for scan they said report will get tomorrow. Next day collected scan report and went to 4th floor to consult doctor. Again they asked 350rs for consultation. No one hospitals charge like this
One more thing they don't give even a single page print of bill or xerox. And no parking area.

My father at 82 years underwent CABG on 24 December 2024 , after that on 11th January 2025, we faced an emergency situation, where my father's heart rate fell to 20. Luckily, Dr Akash was present at the hospital. He saved my father's life by implanting a temporary pacemaker. After that a permanent CRTD was implanted on 29 January 2025. My father was in the hospital for almost one month for both treatments.
One thing l would say hospital is really good in all respect. Dr Vivek Jawali & his team with Dr Govardhan and Dr Shilpa in first treatment and Dr Akash Gopi & Dr Jayprakash in second treatment did all the hard work to save my father's life. Hospital staff, nursing staff and housekeeping staff are very good, cooperative, helpful & soft spoken.

Myself swamini aparokshananda mathaji female it's a very good happy experience, when I was admitted during Dec first week. Am CGHS card holder. I experienced a wonderful management, like a VIP office. The whole hospital all the staff are alert and working like a military all 24 hrs.
Now my sister M B Parameshwari retired income tax officer holding CGHS card got admitted on 31st Jan and did not find any difficulty in getting admitted her and immediate action was taken and was taken to HDU ward and Two days back she was shifted by our request to general ward. 100% am happy of your efficiency in serving the Humanity. May God bless U and keep it up the same efficiency.
It's my kind advise never give chances for negligence and exploitation of poor people for finance.

Extremely unprofessional and horrible service. They demand 90% advance before admission but the service is utterly disgusting. Staff and nurses here are extremely rude and lack basic skills. They don’t maintain cleanliness while escorting patients to the operation theatre.
