Always liked this store. On Melrose and Robertson. This one and the location in Century City are the best. I don’t mind if no one right away greets me. So what. (See so many on this post that are complaining if they don’t get anyone right away to greet them.) It gives me time first to see everything without getting bothered or smothered. I like that. They know I like my space. Been buying JV for many years. Love their boots! Especially when their heels on men’s boots were a bit higher. Have bought at the Soho location too in NYC.

My husband certainly represents.....almost his entire wardrobe is JV, including most of his shoes and boots! Excellent customer service at all the stores, but a special shout out to West Hollywood & Malibu locations. Hands down, some of the most unique designs in men's clothing, with beautiful construction & fabrics. RML

A store full of rockingly beautiful men's clothes - jeans & T's to formal! His boots this season are so cool. You can buy some amazing rock n roll icon photographs right off the walls there too!

Everyone who works there is friendly & helpful; much more so than most upscale stores. Michelle is especially great!

Worst customer service. I live in Beverly Hills and three times I’ve visited this particular location because my husband is a VIP shopper and loves the brand. I was not acknowledged by any service or sales agent when in the store. 10 min went by and still no assistance. Keep in mind no other customer were in the store. We also live in NY and shop at the location in the Upper East Side often. The difference in service is insane. From Beverly Hills rude and inattentive service to NY where they recognize you and remember your name. Even today my husband went inside the BH location and the guy working was so rude. Never again setting foot there. I will be calling customer service.

Such a fantastic place to get a suit. Excellent above and beyond customer service. My Fiance is getting his wedding suit from here! The wardrobe stylist Paul has been exceptional.

I've been to many branches worldwide. This one is by far the worst...
I've never met such a prejudiced sales team -- I am embarrassed to say I love this brand after this experience. If you don't roll up in a supercar, forget getting any service here. I highly recommend to shop elsewhere.

Typical for a high end designer's store. . outrageous prices for a regular kinda fella. I'd take my chances at ROSS DRESS FOR LESS. LOL Note: I was just tagging along with my brother, who's more financially suited, pardon the pun, than me. LOL
